I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker based in Central New Jersey. Life can feel heavy at times, especially when you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges. If you’re struggling, please know you don’t have to face it alone. With over 7 years of experience, I’ve worked with adults navigating a wide range of mental health needs, including psychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and serious mental health challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly understood, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life Whether you’re looking for relief from overwhelming emotions, navigating a major life transition, or seeking clarity and balance, I’m here to guide and support you. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and create a path toward healing and hope.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our work together will start with getting to know you—your story, your challenges, and what you’d like to achieve. During our first session, we’ll identify areas of need and set goals that feel right for you. Each session after will build on that foundation, offering practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself to help you face life’s challenges with confidence.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I pride myself on creating a therapeutic environment that feels welcoming and authentic—a place where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment. I have extensive experience supporting individuals managing psychiatric disorders and understand the challenges that can come with them. My strength lies in helping clients not only navigate their mental health but also rediscover a sense of balance, stability, and self-worth Whether it’s improving day-to-day functioning, processing difficult emotions, or managing a diagnosis, I provide practical tools and emotional support to help you regain control of your life. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you identify and achieve goals that feel meaningful to you.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in working with individuals facing both everyday struggles and complex psychiatric concerns. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, blending a deep understanding of mental health with strategies tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, or serious mental health challenges like bipolar disorder or mood disorders, you’ll find a space that feels nonjudgmental, safe, and empowering.

My treatment methods

Interpersonal

I am an Interpersonal therapist which means that I work interactively with clients based on their attachment styles. This theory is an evidence-based approach that has empirical support and is structured, and time-limited approach. It usually requires a minimum of 12- 16 weeks of treatment sessions. Based on this theory, social and emotional interactions between an individual and others contribute to mental health issues. Frequently conflicts between people are based on interpersonal interactions that become habitualized behaviors and require exploration and interventions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Through my experience I have found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be effective with clients to address, depression, anxiety and other emotional needs. CBT is an approach to see connections and increase healthy response to behaviors, thoughts and feelings. Though the use of a structured approach CBT can be an effective way to reframe, restructure and effectively help clients identify and modify negative or anxious thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their mental health challenges. Opening an opportunity for increased insight of ways to develop practical coping mechanisms and manage their symptoms more effectively.
