Greetings, I’m Brianna, and I believe in the power of an authentic connection and genuine understanding on the path to healing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience, I am dedicated to providing a non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions, confront your challenges, and discover your inner strength. You deserve to see your best self—this is the perfect starting point.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you can share your story. We’ll explore your goals and the challenges you’re facing, allowing you to express what’s on your mind. My aim is to make you feel comfortable and supported as we begin to outline a personalized plan for your journey toward healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I enjoy empowering clients through authenticity, directness, open-mindedness, and a solution-oriented approach. I believe in fostering genuine connections and addressing challenges head-on while remaining open to diverse perspectives.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal client is a woman who seeks to become her authentic self through the therapeutic process. She may be struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, or PTSD, and feels disconnected from herself. My role is to walk beside her as she navigates these challenges, helping her uncover the strength and resilience she already possesses. I believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken but rather about rediscovering and reclaiming one’s innate wholeness. I strive to provide a space where my clients can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions without judgment, knowing that they are fully accepted and supported.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our work together, I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. We’ll identify patterns that might be keeping you stuck, and I’ll guide you in challenging and reframing unhelpful thoughts.
