(she/her)
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about supporting women of color, caregivers, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating stress, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I create a safe, culturally responsive space where clients feel seen and heard. Together, we build practical tools for healing, boundaries, and self-confidence so you can move forward with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
You can expect me to show up authentically, laughing, using metaphors, giving visual examples to make a point, and being your accountability partner. Think of me as the passenger in your car. You are driving but I am beside you guiding you when needed.
I'm honest and relatable. I don't just listen or tell you what you want to hear. I provide practical strategies to apply to your every day life. I am open to feedback because this process doesn't work unless you feel it is beneficial to you. I also pride myself in responding in a timely manner (within 24-48 hours) because I have heard that too many clients go unanswered when searching for a therapist.
I specialize in serving women of color and the LGBTQ+ community. I am also a caregiver advocate, helping women who raise children and take care of their parents (also known as the sandwich generation). I also love working with young adults helping them navigate college and career transitions. I help people manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues (with loved ones, dating, and professionally), self-esteem issues, and trauma.
