(he/him)
I have been working for over 20 years helping both individuals and families cope with difficult situations. As a husband and a father I also understand how difficult it can be to raise children and the different things that we are led to believe about each of the many roles that we all play in our day to day lives.
A first session would start with getting to understand what it is that brings you in. How do you define happiness and what is it in your life that you feel could be going better. Learning as much as possible about everyone's journey, what makes it unique, and what it is that brings us to the point in life that we are at.
I am approachable, non judgmental and understanding. Everyone has a story and a struggle, helping people see how they have gone through the difficult times and come out as a better person is the key to any therapeutic relationship.

I listen to what you have to say and try to understand it. Simply saying what you are thinking, or hearing how it sounds to others, can help a person grow and understand themselves better.
