I have a Masters Degree in Social Work and am also a Master Reiki Therapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practioner (EFT) and Advanced Level Intergrated Energy Therapist (IET) . Working with holistic methods in addition to traditional therapeutic modalities has been very transformational for many of my clients. Reiki, IET, sound and crystal healing along with aromatherapy in addition to traditional modalities allow my clients to heal on another level.
In our first session I want to learn what you need from and how I can help you live your best life. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask me questions and learn about me as well. I
Like all therapist I am clinically trained and licensed to provide therapy. I have also taken additional training in holistic modalities that are a perfect blend with traditional therapy.

I love my sessions with Jaynaya! She makes me feel very comfortable with sharing anything on my mind. She has a way of getting me to speak on things and opening up about things I wouldn’t usually think to to open up about. She’s a very comforting but still authentic person, our sessions always feel very natural!
