I am a licensed mental health professional who shows up with compassion, honesty, and real support. I work with adolescents and women who are trying to figure things out, get through tough moments, or simply feel more like themselves again. For teens, I help navigate the pressure, emotions, and challenges that come with growing up and finding your place. For women, I offer a space to work through life’s ups and downs—whether that’s stress, relationships, burnout, or just feeling overwhelmed. Life doesn’t come with a manual, and you don’t have to handle it all on your own. I understand how much mental health can affect your day-to-day life, and I believe change is possible when you have the right support. My approach is real, supportive, and tailored to you. After just one session with me, I practice what I teach (yes—even I use deep breathing and grounding skills), and you might start to feel like managing your mental health is actually doable. I work with adolescents and women who are ready to feel more in control of their lives and move beyond just getting through the day. In our work together, we’ll take time to build a real connection and create a treatment plan that fits you—your needs, your goals, and your pace. We’ll focus on what matters most to you and create goals that actually make sense for your life. You can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, challenged, and encouraged. There may be laughter, tough moments, and growth—but you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll bring the tools, and together we’ll help you build the skills to feel more confident, balanced, and in control.

My style is relatable and grounded in evidence-based practices. I meet clients where they are, while also helping them grow. My goal is to help you expand your ability to respond to life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and stronger coping skills. I’ve helped many adolescents, women, and families create real, lasting improvements in their lives by using therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique mental health needs. I also take a community-centered approach to care. With the support of other mental health providers and local small business owners, I help connect clients to resources that support their overall wellness beyond the therapy room.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use a range of cognitive behavioral approaches, including CBT, DBT, SFBT, and trauma-informed care, to support your growth and healing. Depending on your needs, we may focus on building emotional balance through DBT skills, creating practical solutions for immediate challenges with SFBT, or processing past experiences through trauma-informed work. My goal is to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create space for more empowering beliefs and lasting change.
