You Can Now Send Messages and Share Files Through the Grow Therapy Portal

We’ve launched one of our most requested features – messaging and file sharing! Here’s a quick overview of the update:

Safe and Professional Messaging

Running a few mins late for a session but don’t want to message or call from your personal phone? No problem – just log into the portal and send a quick message to your provider or client.

Secure File Sharing

Whether it’s client waivers and personal health information from clients or resources and records from providers, files can now be sent securely via the client portal.


To build this feature, we interviewed both providers and clients to better understand their wants and needs and how to facilitate better communication between them.
