We’ve launched one of our most requested features – messaging and file sharing!
Here’s a quick overview of the update:
Safe and professional messaging
Running a few mins late for a session but don’t want to message or call from your personal phone? No problem – just log into the portal and send a quick message to your provider or client.
Secure file sharing
Whether it’s client waivers and personal health information from clients or resources and records from providers, files can now be sent securely via the client portal.

To build this feature, we interviewed both providers and clients to better understand their wants and needs and how to facilitate better communication between them.

- Clients and providers can now share messages and files with one another

- The portal messaging is not intended as a platform for emergency or crisis communication, but rather for file sharing and to check-in on scheduling and homework

- To discuss billing, insurance, and other non-clinical issues, users should contact support@growtherapy.com

- Clients and providers are notified about new messages via email, and can respond to you via their client portal or their provider profile

- Grow’s messaging and attachments are encrypted and HIPAA-compliant
