I cannot recommend her highly enough. She made me feel truly seen, heard, and understood. She created a safe, welcoming space where I felt comfortable. She truly partners with you throughout the therapeutic process, making sure your voice is heard and that you're involved in every decision. Her feedback/homework is thoughtful/insightful. Her knowledge/compassion/authenticity shined through every interaction. I am grateful to have found her. I wholeheartedly recommend her. Thank you!

I just love that she seems genuinely interested in my well-being and that I'm not just a prescription.

after all the change in my life it was nice to have something back that was familiar. I was her patient before but stopped for one year. I'm glad I came back.
