Hello, I am Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I received both of my Master Degree's at the College of St. Scholastica. I have worked in clinical practice as an APRN for the last 15 years in rural Minnesota. I am dedicated to delivering high quality client centered care to individuals challenged with Mental Health Disorders.
I know the first initial appointment with a new provider can be overwhelming when you don't know what to expect. My hope is to provide you with a calm and safe environment to create a comfortable rapport. I will Actively Listen to your expressed needs, fears, goals and perceived barriers to treatment. Together we will then begin work focused on an individualized plan for you.

I really enjoyed her ability to listen, give feedback, and build me back up. She validated my feelings and my hurt, helped come up with ways to address stressors in my life and talked with me about medications to assist in my healing. Thank you!
