In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I know the first initial appointment with a new provider can be overwhelming when you don't know what to expect. My hope is to provide you with a calm and safe environment to create a comfortable rapport. I will Actively Listen to your expressed needs, fears, goals and perceived barriers to treatment. Together we will then begin work focused on an individualized plan for you.

I am experienced at providing compassionate care to clients of all ages whom are struggling with Acute and Chronic Mental illness. I demonstrate expert knowledge in Psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to help people overcome life challenges and reach their fullest potential.
