Hello! I am Lilly. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois and Missouri. I am trained as a certified trauma professional and specialize in the modality of EMDR.

I help clients to embrace their truth and remind them that it is "Ok not to be perfect!". I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and learn how to love/realize themselves, which entails cultivating healthier relationships, less anxiety and more purpose in their life’s journey. My goal is to help you live life from a place of whole-hearted connection to your world. I am a LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), a Veteran, an adoptive mother, a professor, a daughter, a sister, a community activist, LGBTQIA+ Activist, a nurturer, an empath and and advocate for the voiceless. I am also a survivor of many autrocities that this world has had to offer - but I survived and proudly help others climb out of the mental muck and mire that I used to call home.

I have a Master of Arts degree in forensic psychology and have maintained a career within the criminal justice system for over two decades. In addition, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor, in Missouri, for over eight years. I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. My purpose in life is to inspire, empower and support others so they can develop into, and function from, their best selves. This fueled my desire to form Stronger Than Fear, LLC, a company that offers coaching, therapy, and empowerment services, and to publish the Stronger Than Fear Empowerment Journal.
