Following more than a decade in the field of social services, I started my journey of providing direct mental health services in 2015. I have extensive experience working with older adults, children, and adults with disabilities, doing in-home therapy, as well as in office settings. In addition to direct clinical therapy, I have worked with survivors of domestic violence for several years. Using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, together, we will define your goals and consider the challenges you may face in achieving them. We will navigate your environmental systems and supports as well as identify your inner strengths, making it possible to alleviate the symptoms that have caused you to seek treatment.
