My path to becoming a mental health provider has been both personal and professional. Diagnosed with ADHD in 4th grade, I intimately understand the challenges of distractibility and focus issues. This experience inspired me to pursue a degree in social work, where I developed a passion for helping others with similar struggles. Working in hospitals, private practices, and community programs, I honed my skills in individualized care and interdisciplinary collaboration. Now, as a licensed clinical social worker supervisor and owner of Amplify Wellness Mental Health, I integrate evidence-based practices with innovative Variable Attention Stimulus Trait practices to support clients' mental wellness and personal growth.

I received my Masters from Indiana University and have been working with clients of various backgrounds for over 15 years in various roles.
