It is always a privilege to partner with clients on their journey to improved mental health. I work with clients to discover their value and process through past hurts and traumas. I provide a safe place to process current and past issues and also provide psychoeducation so clients can learning new, healthy coping skills. I refer to myself as a tour guide on the road to healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session comprises of gather a brief history, a picture of current situation and setting treatment goals together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Compassionate, but also direct. It is sometimes necessary to push clients out of their comfort zone so that they can gain insight and see all of their positive assets.

I work best with clients who are highly motivated to the therapeutic process and willing to explore various aspects of life that contribute to where they are and discover the tools that will lead them where they would like to go.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is very effective at helping clients recognize and challenge unhealthy thinking styles that impact depression, anxiety and self-esteem. I work with clients to replace these thought patterns with healthy thougts.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
CPT is utilized to help my clients process through past traumas and release the hold they have over their mental health.
Attachment-based
Clients will explore childhood relationships and gain an understanding of how it impacts current relationships.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT skills are helpful for clients to manage anxiety and anger and self-regulate.
