Hi, I am LaTisha also known as "TishatheTherapist". I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider ( LPC,MHSP) dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where women can openly explore their emotions. Being a women's mental health specialist, my approach is built on three pillars: a secure environment to share your story, practical education for empowerment, and the genuine compassion needed to persevere through tough times.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

For your first session, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you and I can begin to build a relationship of trust. I will guide the conversation and ask open-ended questions to understand what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. You are in control of what you share and can choose to open up at your own pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

"My strength is in active listening, allowing me to thoroughly understand my clients' concerns and needs."
