About me

Hello, my name is Ann and I have been in the counseling field for over 20 years. I have worked with several diverse populations in a nonprofit setting, and also several years as a school counselor. I have been in private practice now for seven years and I serve adults and adolescents. My specialties are anxiety management, and relationship issues. My goal is to assist clients with a healthier, more positive mindset, which will intern help them cope better with life transitions, and assist with achieving their highest potential. I do enjoy incorporating spirituality as a coping mechanism and healing tool, however, I like to go where the client feels most comfortable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first intake session, my goals to gain as much background and history information as possible. I then like to build a trusting safe rapport with each client so they can feel safe and secure working on their goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel my greatest strength is my warm, welcoming disposition as you enter therapy. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment, so that you can feel completely secure, and trust that I am here for you to help you grow, learn, and lead a better life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My goals to collaborate with clients that are open-minded and welcome to trying strategies to help improve their life.
