Hello my name is Cassandra and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New York, Colorado, and New Jersey I partner with clients to aid in navigating concerns that impact behavioral wellness. I'm compassionate about life and am cognizant as to how experiences can influence the way we think and feel. While processing with clients, I strive to provide safe environment where clients can feel seen and heard without bias. In the words of Joe Mantegna “Scars remind us where we've been. They don't have to dictate where we're going”.

I've had the opportunity to work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in various settings. I enjoy working with each group yet; in a telehealth setting my preference are those who are above the age of 18.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Within my practice I utilize CBT to support clients to explore how automatic negative thoughts influence mood and behavior.
Brainspotting
I utilize Brainspotting as a tool to enable clients to process unwanted thoughts and feelings. Within this model, clients are capable of engaging both the brain and the body.
