About me

Are you navigating a difficult life transition or struggling with the lasting effects of trauma? I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach to healing, where we work together in a safe, supportive space to honor your unique journey. We’ll focus on your perceptions of your circumstances, helping you identify solutions and work through barriers, all with a touch of humor. My goal is to help you build deeper self-awareness and resilience. Whether you’re healing from past wounds or embracing a new chapter, you don’t have to face it alone. Reach out today and start your path toward emotional freedom and a more empowered life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will discuss what has led you to counseling, and we will collaborate on a Biopsychosocial Assessment, and finally a Treatment Plan. This will provide me with a basic knowledge of you and your life, and the roadmap will guide our efforts and enhance our journey’s chances of success towards your goals and well-being.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I aim to foster a calming and empathetic environment in our sessions, where you feel truly heard, validated, and understood. I also bring a touch of humor to create a comfortable and supportive space for growth and healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with people who feel stuck and\or overwhelmed in their life. My clients are eager to improve their life, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
