This is my fourth year in the social work field. I am independently licensed in NC, SC, and OR as an LCSW/ LISW-CP. I am also a Certified Doula, Women's Mental Health Specialist, Autism Clinical Specialist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional. In my off time, I love binge watching Netflix and spending time with my children.
Our first session will be the initial intake and assessment. This will be much more formal than our regular sessions; however, this is still a conversation! There is no pressure to continue seeing me if we find that it is not quite the right fit. I will gladly provide you with referrals.
My greatest priority to to meet people where they're at. We are VERY chill in our sessions!
I love working with women who are truly seeking lasting change. I have worked with people from ages 5-90 from a variety of backgrounds. I have specific training in perinatal and maternal mental health, autism, ADHD, religious trauma, complex trauma, infertility, adoption, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, child and infant loss, LGBTQIA+, and holistic health integration. I am also a lived-experience provider.
I offer a person-centered approach with all of my clients. Every person is unique and so will your therapy experience be with me. I take a holistic health mindset approach, integrating multiple aspects of life to improve your mental health.
