The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Finding the right therapist matters. You deserve a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, those managing anxiety, trauma, addiction recovery, and severe mental illness, as well as high-functioning professionals facing burnout. My approach is direct yet compassionate—we’ll have real conversations that challenge and support you. Using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I also have expertise in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm reduction for those navigating substance use. Therapy isn’t just about coping—it’s about building a life where you feel in control and fulfilled. If you’re looking for a therapist who sees the bigger picture and meets you where you are, let’s connect. Your journey to healing starts now.
