About me

Ever since my early years, I've drawn to the enigmatic depths of the human mind. The infinite complexity of our thoughts, emotions and behaviors has always fascinated me, igniting a passion for psychology that burns brighter with each passing day. It's a passion that led me to dedicate my life to this field, and it's my genuine pleasure to share my insights and experiences with you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Life's challenges may vary, but our shared quest for understanding and fulfillment unite us. My mission is to provide you with knowledge and tools to navigate the intricate path. Wether it's managing stress and anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or simply finding greater happiness, I'm here to walk beside you on your journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

As a licensed mental health counselor, and a licensed professional counselor in the US as well as a licensed psychologist in Brazil, I've had the privilege of guiding countless individuals through their unique paths of self-discovery and healing. Through my work, I've come to believe that our greatest strength lies in our vulnerability and our most profound growth often emerges from our deepest struggles.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy is grounded in the idea that our unconscious thoughts, feelings, and past experiences—especially early childhood ones—play a significant role in shaping our behavior, relationships, and mental health. It’s often used to help people explore unresolved conflicts or repressed memories that may be affecting their present-day emotional functioning. For clients, the idea is that gaining awareness of these unconscious influences can lead to healing. It’s very much a collaborative process between therapist and client, with a focus on self-awareness and insight as key tools for emotional change.
