Hello, I am looking forward to working with you. I do not say help, I say working with, as we are in this together. I hope to be able to provide you with the tools and the skills that you need to overcome and deal with life on life's terms. I also am flexible with appointment times, my calendar reflects when I am able to meet with little notice.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is generally very informal, it is a get to know you session. I will ask general questions and attempt to get some background information about you. While it may seem like a trivial series of questions or comments, this session lays the foundation for our relationship going forward. The available times on Friday are when I an open for intakes. Otherwise we can schedule at a time that may better suit you on other days/times.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe that my strength at empathy, and meeting people where they are. I try my best to be approachable and nonjudgemental. I am also direct and to the point, as sometimes that is best, as people cannot misunderstand if I am straightforward.

My ideal clients are very open, and ready to make the needed changes in their life in order to grow.
