About me

As a therapist with over 10 years of experience, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore what you're going through. Therapy can be a place to rebuild, reflect, and heal. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I listen closely to your needs and goals, and together we’ll work to shift patterns, manage challenging emotions, and develop tools that support lasting change. I believe you are the expert of your own life — my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate it.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable so our first session will be more of an open discussion. I like to learn what is on going on for you, what you are needing from therapy, and talk about how I can best support you and your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a safe space for you to share; this means I keep everything confidential, non-judgemental, compassionate, curious, and supportive. When we feel truly heard, we are able to start to heal and grow.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, and low self-esteem. Whether you're facing inner conflict, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, I’m here to support you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT provides further insight into the interactions between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through identifying the barriers, unhelpful thoughts and changing behavioral patterns individuals are able to reduce their distress. I provide psychoeducation about the patterns, assist in identifying the patterns in life, and collaborate with individuals on actionable steps to take to create lasting change.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

CPT aids individuals in reducing the distress experienced from traumatic experiences. I provide psychoeducation about the concepts and assist in identifying stuck points and support people as we work to identifying more balanced thinking.

Motivational Interviewing

MI allows me to meet the people where they are while exploring with them what change might be like.

Positive Psychology

Positive psychology provides relief through seeing the glimmers of hope and joy in life as it exists right now. This approach also assists in seeing yourself and life through a strengths based lens.
