Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania (LPC), and I’m passionate about supporting adults who are working through trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, and emotional overwhelm. I believe everyone deserves a safe space where they can show up just as they are, without pressure or judgment. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I know that healing isn’t a straight line, and I work alongside you at your pace. Together, we explore what’s been getting in the way, build new skills, and rediscover the strengths you already have.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I specialize in working with trauma and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. Many of the people I work with have spent years being the strong one for everyone else, pushing through, or minimizing their own needs. Therapy is a place where they can finally exhale. In our work, I pull from therapies that are supportive and evidence-based, including trauma-informed care, CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. Sessions often blend reflection, skill-building, and practical strategies you can use in everyday life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I value authenticity, humor, and real conversations. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, hopeful, and human — where you can explore what’s been heavy and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and meaningful. I believe in meeting you exactly where you’re at and honoring your unique process. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on creating safety, trust, and space for growth along the way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I welcome people from all walks of life into the therapy space, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My ideal clients are anyone who is ready to take steps toward healing, whether they’re working through past trauma, navigating life transitions, or simply wanting more balance and peace. I believe the heart of therapy is trust and safety, so I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.
