About me

I’m Aubrey, a licensed therapist in the state of Wisconsin. Life can throw a lot our way and you don’t have to go through it alone! Whether it’s relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or life stress, we can work together and create a path towards the life you want to live. Think of me as your personal cheerleader; warm, supportive, and ready to create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. While you're always in the driver's seat, I'm also here to empower you with challenges and a gentle push when you need it.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about getting to know each other. I'll support you in identifying your goals for our time together, and if you're not quite sure what you need yet, we'll figure it out as a team.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As your therapist, I bring a down-to-earth approach. You won't find any stuffiness here; I'm a person just like you. I believe humor can be a powerful tool, and while I'm completely non-judgmental, I'm also here to gently challenge you to help you grow and see things differently.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with people who are ready for change and eager to explore new ways to create the life they envision. But no pressure, no need to have everything figured out from day one!
