I’m Ray Fredrickson, and I’m a LICSW living in Spokane, Washington, and I enjoy working with people who are ready for change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. I have 8 years of psychotherapy experience, utilizing trauma-informed methods to effect change.
Adlerian
I blend multiple modalities to reduce trauma, adjusting the autonomic nervous system while increasing skill capacity for emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.
