Life is not going as you planned. You are feeling stuck, overwhelmed and confused. Need someone to talk it over with and find solutions in a safe space. I'm here for that and so much more. My approach is practical and personal. You won't be overwhelmed because the way I work is to make the difficult, easy. It's not simple, there is a lot of work to be done, but we break it down into manageable steps. What can seem impossible is achieved in a step by step process. You will have my support and encouragement to succeed. Therapy is your work to be done; I will be your guide.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
First session will be a time to connect and identify the primary goal and talk about a way to make that goal a priority. The person will be assessed holistically and not just from a disease model. The most important thing we would try to achieve is seeing if there is a connection between us two and if working together can happen.

Evidence-based methods pervade my treatment modality. Yet, each person receives a customized approach that fits their personality, learning style and stage of development. Lots of sensitivity and care go into applying any method or tool.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength is thinking about problems in novel ways that allow me to apply interventions that address those problems. Some thinking outside of the box is necessary in these cases!
