Our past experiences often influence how we view ourselves and interact in relationships. Sometimes, those patterns stem from pain and continue to affect us in ways that can keep us feeling stuck or disconnected. If you’re seeking healing and growth with a desire to or break negative cycles and are ready for change, I’d be honored to help you navigate what comes next and walk alongside you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The hardest step in the counseling process, is showing up for the first session. I want to make sure the first session is comfortable and casual. I always allow clients to determine how much they want to share in their first session as they are trying to get to know me as well.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe in meeting clients where they are at, with openness and compassion. Therapy should be a space to gather insight that deepens self-understanding and helps us better love and relate to those around us. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I’ll be a compassionate guide and strong advocate on your journey.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with adults, teens, families, and couples, including those navigating divorce, relationship challenges, or life transitions. My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs to address trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and more. With experience in a variety of clinical settings, I create a space where healing and growth can unfold at your pace.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person centered approach is focused on the client and meeting them exactly where they are, with whatever they are feeling they need to process.
