Hello, I am an LPC based in Louisiana. I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and help adult clients struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms to live a balanced life. Utilizing techniques from CBT and mindfulness clients are able to get the relief they need to experience freedom from the stress of having mental health issues or burnout.
Clients will have a better understanding of what they have been experiencing and some of the root causes of these issues. A lot of times we may not understand how things in our life may be connected and getting the help we need to navigate these pathways is important. I find it helps to be collaborative and work together on these issues.
My greatest strength as a provider would be to help clients get tangible results.
I like working with clients who are struggling to find their sense of self.
