About me

I am licensed in Tennessee with 10+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in assessing clients with coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, anger management, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support them in that process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and getting to know one another. Once you are comfortable then we will explore the specific concerns you're wanting to address. This will help us collaborate to create a tailored plan for us to utilize in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with a diverse group of clients for the past 10 years. I am able to provide a genuine, warm non-judgmental supportive environment where client are free to express themself and feel heard, as well as keeping the focus on what is important to them while developing coping and communication strategies that work for them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love assisting all clients (neurotypical, neurodivergent, and neurodiverse) achieve their goals and making adjustments in their life that allow them to be their best self. Most of my clients desire to improve, however don't fully have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. Frequently they feel stuck, overwhelmed and have mixed emotions about their situation. My goal is to continue working with diverse clients with various behavior and mental health concerns this includes, but is not limited to anxiety, depression, anger management, grief/loss, self-care, self-esteem, self-efficacy, trauma/PTSD/stress management, family conflict, relationship issues, substance abuse/addiction/recovery, attachment, eating disorders, ADHD/child behavioral concerns, issues involving life changes/transitions, and identity issues and LGBTQIA+.
