Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session we get introduced to one another. Discuss some history and current information. Explore together expectations of therapy and what each of us brings to this partnership. We will identify your desired outcomes and talk about a collaborative plan to get to work.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In my experience having a balance of humor, directness and empowering energy has been successful in supporting individuals to their next best steps increasing their quality of life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I look forward to engage with individuals, couples, families and groups who are eager to make a change. It is ok to be uncertain and to even worry about change. We are in this together.
