Hi and welcome to my profile! I have been in practice 19 years and specialize in Christian Counseling, managing anxious thoughts, and improving self-confidence. I have had great success helping clients get unstuck, helping them get their lives back on track. While working together, we find the resources that are the best fit for personal growth. During sessions I offer prayer, reference Bible verses, and use Christian materials to aid in the growth and healing process. I look forward to connecting and helping you grow!
In our first session together, we will start with introductory information, and begin to address the specific challenges being faced. We will review the primary goals for therapy and hope-for outcomes, as well as creating a plan for consecutive sessions.
Having worked with a wide range of ages and concerns, I have had great success helping identify underlying causes of challenges being faced, as well as creating plans for resolution and growth in desired areas.
The stress involved with life changes can be difficult to manage alone, so I partner with my clients to work from their strengths and develop coping techniques to navigate life successfully.
