I have been in the mental health field for many years. My work has included therapy with adults, families, and the geriatric population. I strive to learn about the client's concerns and goals while providing an atmosphere of support. Based on my many years of experience, I feel that have learned to start where the client feels most comfortable, allowing for open communication. I also feel that one of my strengths is having empathy toward individuals and emphasizing a nonjudgmental approach,
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session, I encourage the client to share their thoughts and concerns. I ask questions according to what is most pertinent to the client in order to begin the therapeutic relationship.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My therapeutic approach is a combination of interpersonal interaction along Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am adept at applying many therapeutic approaches and developing a therapeutic plan specific to each client.

My client focus includes adults, particularly women, who seek support, feedback, and therapeutic intervention. Areas of focus include Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Relationship Challenges, Parenting, and a wide range of other areas.
