In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey where individuals and families feel empowered to create positive change in their lives. My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, MRI (Mental Research Institute) approaches, Genogram analysis, Narrative therapy, collaborative approaches, psychoeducation, as well as art and play therapy.
