I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have a Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work. I enjoy speaking with clients that are managing physical and behavioral health issues in a telehealth setting. I have been in the field of Social Work since 2003. I have worked with children, youth, and adults in clinics, schools, hospital settings, and in home.
During the first session, I will be asking questions to complete a psychosocial assessment which includes gathering more information about your reason for seeking services and about your background and history. Expect to answer questions about your medical and mental health diagnosis, medications, prior treatment for inpatient and outpatient services, emergency contact, treating providers, and your expectations of therapy. The goal is to work on building rapport and establishing potential goals for treatment.
