In our first session, we'll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and support systems to gain a comprehensive understanding of your situation. We'll also discuss how therapy works, including confidentiality, my approach, and what you can expect from our work together. This is a collaborative process where your comfort and goals guide our path forward.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys helping individuals navigate and overcome challenging life experiences. I am always humble and appreciate that people allow me to come alongside them during their most difficult experiences. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and groups. My approach to treatment helps clients achieve their goals while maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I am trained in several EBT modalities, including CPT, CBT, CBCT-ConJoint Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. I have utilized all models with individuals and/or groups, tailored to the client's specific needs.
