I am a straight-forward but empathic therapist, who also appreciates the same from her clients. I also believe in the social work mission of starting where the client is, so sessions are based upon that analogy. I have experience in many areas, including hospital, foster care, group homes, forensics, Veterans, home health, etc. I received my Masters of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve Univerity, and my Doctorate of Psychology from California Southern University.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session may be a bit dry, due to required initial session material but after that, sesssions are based strictly upon the client's needs. Initial sessions are also a sign of one's seriousness in the therapy process, so no-shows especially on the first session will not be tolerated. If you need to cancel, please be courteous enough to let me know ASAP. Otherwise, you will be removed from the caseload. I am as dedicated to you, as you are to yourself

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am open, honest, professional, articulate, & empathic. You also get what you put into it w/ me.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best w/ those who are honest w/ both themselves & others, do not rely on the therapist to do all the talking in session, & who are responsible, dedicated, and serious about their role as a client, which includeds attending scheduled therapy sessions. I work well w/ those who struggle w/ medical conditions, grief, PTSD, & life transitions. Sign-on w/ me, if this sounds like a match to you. - FYI... I do not have the administrative assistance to provide letters, nor am I compensated to meet w/ DCFS workers. If you need and/or are seeking these services, we may not be a good match. Otherwise, I look forward to meeting with you.

Dr Glover is an excellent listener, she’s objective and empathetic. She asks question to better understand a situation. She asks how I’m feeling or think and offers suggestions but let me arrive to my own decision and steps forward. She very authentic and easy to talk to.
