Hello! I'm Jasmin. My journey as a therapist began as a client many years ago. As a client I experienced the benefits of therapy and learned that having the right therapist can save lives. I support my clients by providing a therapeutic environment in which awareness and growth are encouraged so that you become your greatest problem solver. I hold a certificate in Career & Academic Advising and am currently seeking certification as an EMDR therapist. I plan to pursue certification as a sex therapist when I complete EMDR certification.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During your first session, I will ask a lot of questions about your background, experiences, and what brings you to counseling at this time. I will assign homework, as I do at every session, and we will talk about your what you hope to get out of this process. You can ask me questions to help you to get to know me better as well to see if it will be a good fit for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'm good at my work because I have experience as a client, engage in additional training to hone my skills, and love my job. I am passionate about helping my clients meet their goals and I have been told that I am a very good listener and offer valuable feedback.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is the client that is willing to do the mental and emotional work that a therapeutic relationship requires, regardless of the issue they are bringing. These clients are desirous of change and growth and have some degree of motivation to achieve them. They want to understand themselves better in order to develop and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others. They commit their time and energy to themselves and the process and are respectful of my time.
