Oftentimes, it is our difficulties that are the catalyst for big change. I bring over 30 years of counseling experience in a variety of settings (Residential treatment, Intensive outpatient, EAP and private practice) but most enjoy connecting in individual sessions. In my practice, I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to emotional distress and behavioral challenges. I use CBT techniques to collaboratively develop, concrete, goal-oriented strategies that empower clients to challenge negative beliefs, build coping skills, and foster lasting change.
