New to Grow
You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m a California-licensed therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds through stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re juggling academic pressure, caregiving, career pivots, or the weight of old wounds, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive—I honor the identities, histories, and values that shape who you are, and I approach our work with curiosity, humility, and respect.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session we will get to know each other, and discover the things you want to address in therapy. There will be paperwork and I will answer any qestions you have regarding therapy and set goals you want to achieve in therapy. And we will begin to establish a rapport creating a safe space for you to share openly.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I draw from evidence-based approaches—including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed practices—to create a supportive, affirming space where your story is seen and respected. This can look like learning to reframe unhelpful thoughts, practicing grounding and nervous-system regulation, building mindful awareness of triggers, and developing self-compassion. We’ll set clear goals together, move at a pace that feels right, and check in regularly about what’s working so you always feel in charge of your healing process.
