New to Grow
Starting therapy is an act of self-care and bravery. I’m here to support you every step of the way. I specialize in helping women heal and reconnect with themselves through a holistic approach. I provide a safe, affirming space for openness and growth, walking beside you with compassion and authenticity as we co-pilot your healing journey. My approach is compassionate & collaborative, using a holistic, trauma-informed lens. I help you process painful memories, build coping skills, and gain clarity. Drawing from EMDR, Part Works, & Somatic Experiencing to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a safe, supportive space. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll explain my approach, answer your questions, and together we’ll start shaping a plan that fits your needs and pace.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel deeply seen and supported. I focus on helping clients not only manage symptoms but truly understand their patterns and learn practical tools for long-term change. Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels both deeply healing and empowering — like they’re finally learning how to feel safe in their own skin again.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My clients are motivated women who are curious and open to the process of self-exploration and challenging themselves. I work with clients who are open to more than talk therapy; they are open to using body-based approaches to help calm their racing thoughts and reset their nervous system. I take a collaborative approach to goal-setting, focusing on what’s most meaningful to you. We’ll move at your pace and adjust as you gain insight and self-awareness. I provide support, structure, and tools to help you stay grounded and move confidently toward your desired goals.
EMDR
I use EMDR to help clients safely process distressing memories, reduce emotional triggers, and build new, adaptive beliefs.
Mind-body approach
I use mind-body based practices to assist with resetting and regulating the nervous system.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
This method is used to help clients accept feelings, clarify values, and act mindfully.
