I’m Patrick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I see therapy as an opportunity for self-discovery as well as healing and I look to create a space for you to grow and improve your quality of life. I have worked in a variety of settings for over the past 10 years and through these experiences I have gained expertise in working with depression, trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, relationship stress and stress associated with life transitions. I love and enjoy working with everyone who walks through my door, or shows up on my screen. The people i have worked best with have allowed me to help address stress, anxiety, depression, and transition from inpatient behavioral health care.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have experience using CBT as a base for group therapy that I have facilitated since 2022 in an outpatient PHP program. I am proficient in using CBT to work with you individually as well.
