About me

I'm Sheldon like the TV show! (Big Bang Theory). I help analytical high-achieving adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression untangle their inner world and reconnect with their deeper self-using insight-driven therapy, dream exploration, and a creative lens that helps them uncover what's been buried beneath the surface. Do you often say, "I'm successful on the outside but exhausted and anxious inside," "overthinking everything, but still feeling stuck," or being in a "constant sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction," or being a person who "struggles to access or name emotions clearly." I help clients have greater awareness and emotional clarity and begin to feel grounded, self-trusting and more internally connected. I hope to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms through deeper insight and ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. I help clients discover meaning through creative exploration, and dream work. I want clients to increase their confidence in navigating relationships and decisions and moving from analysis paralysis to self-acceptance and expression. My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Mental Illness, Risk Assessment, Trauma, PTSD and Substance Abuse Disorders.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Greater self-awareness and emotional clarity, feeling grounded, self-trusting, and more internally connected. Hope to achieve reduced anxiety and depressive symptoms through deeper insight. The ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. Feeling more whole, present, and in tune with their inner world. Discovering meaning through creative exploration and dream work. Increased confidence in navigating relationships and decisions. Moving away from analysis paralysis to self-acceptance and expression.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

"You've analyzed everything. Now its time to understand yourself." I help thoughtful, analytical adults and adolescents move beyond overthinking and into deep, insight-driven healing- so you can finally feel like yourself again.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Are you high-functioning, thoughtful, and introspective. Professionals, academics, or creatives who are used to "thinking their way out," of problems. Struggle with persistent low mood, anxiety or inner restlessness that logic alone can't resolve. Feel disconnected from their emotions and sense of purpose. Often have vivid dreams, insomnia, or difficulty "shutting off." May feel like something is "off," but can't quite articulate it.
