In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Building a supportive, trusting and collaborative relationship with my client is essential for me when it comes to my client’s overall effectiveness and success in therapy. I pride myself on meeting each client where they are at in their healing process, and working as a team to develop and achieve treatment goals based on their desired outcome.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I utilize integrative therapy in my approach with clients. This allows me to combine a variety of psychotherapy techniques such as, client centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy ,interpersonal therapy and mindfulness based cognitive therapy. I recognize that therapeutic styles work differently for each individual and I strive to find a style and approach that best fits my client.

My specialties areas include: anxiety, relationship difficulties, life challenges, childhood trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, and stress management.
