Hi i’m a License Professional Counselor providing telehealth therapy primarily in Georgia but also Licensed in South Carolina. I received my Master’s Degree at the University of West Alabama in December 2006. I have 20 years experience providing counseling services to families and children. My undergraduate degree was received at Ohio University with a major in Addiction Counseling. I have experience working with clients who have mental health disorders. My goal is to assist clients with exploring coping strategies along with prescribed medication to function with their diagnosis.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session will start with introduction, background, and gathering information about family history including substance abuse and mental health disorders.

My greatest strength as a Therapist is being a great listener, providing insight and assisting Clients to returning to a healthy level of functioning.

I have been working as a Professional Counselor for 20 years working with families and children. I provide substance abuse counseling, parenting, domestic violence, anger management, and mental health disorders. My foundation, training and experience, working as a Case Manager for 12 years with Department of Family and Children Services.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have 20 years experience using the Cognitive Behavior approach. This approach have provided Clients with insights to issues and coping strategies to learn how to manage their emotions.
