Hi, I’m Evelyn! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-informed therapist, and I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I’ve been using CBT and EMDR In my practice for the past five years. It’s helped my clients challenge negative thoughts and manage their anxiety. We will utilize CBT to help you recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors play a role in your well-being . We will work on changing your unhealthy thinking patterns to help you achieve a less anxious and stressed life.
