My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Great for maintaining our emotional stability through cognitive restructuring. CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.

Motivational Interviewing

Great for our struggle with addiction. MI is based on the idea that people are more likely to be persuaded by reasons they discover themselves. The counselor's role is to draw out the client's motivations, rather than educate them. " transitioning towards self efficacy".

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Talk therapy that includes listening without judgment and acknowledging the client's experience without shifting the conversation in another direction
