About me

Hi I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Georgia , but licensed in multiple states. I received my Masters from Clark Atlanta University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help young/older adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief. I enjoy working with clients to help them become the best versions of themselves. Being a support system for my clients and understanding they are the true experts.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan of care for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked with clients of various ages. With my experience I understand therapy isn't a one size fit all . With my extensive experience . I am able to tailor the needs of each client by using different therapy modalities that works best for them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Hi, and welcome. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what comes next, you’re not alone and you’ve already taken an important first step by exploring therapy. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, burnout, self-esteem issues, or grief. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking clarity, healing, personal growth, or simply a sense of relief. Together, we create space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build practical tools to help you move forward with more confidence and self-awareness. My approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in collaboration. I’m here to listen without judgment, ask meaningful questions, and support you in setting goals that feel right for you. I integrate evidence-based approaches like mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, inner child healing, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to meet your unique needs. Therapy is a place for both insight and action and we’ll work together to understand your story, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with your strengths. Whether you’re facing something specific or simply want to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I have worked with clients of various ages for the past 5 years utilizing ACT. Using ACT with clients who are experiencing grief and loss. In past treatments this modality has rendered to be effective as it allows clients to move past their grief by mindfully embracing it rather than fighting it.
