LCSW, 5 years of experience
New to Grow
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of Florida and Virginia, with experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore yours thoughts and emotions. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness based techniques. I am passionate about supporting clients through times of change and personal growth.
My clients often leave the session with greater clarity, practical skills for managing stress and emotions, and improve self-confidence. My goal is for each session to provide useful tools, concrete strategies, and a sense of progress toward your personal goals.
I successfully graduated from the trauma-informed program offered by Barry University. Supporting individuals with trauma is my passion. I am also very committed to the LGBTQ community.
I am collaborative and empathetic, and use techniques and evidence- based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused and mindfulness you can use in daily life. I do believe we all have inner strengths we can build on to achieve goals.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. In sessions, IO work collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping strategies, build healthy behaviors, and strength problem-solving skills.
I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy to help client build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment. Through guided practices like breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and mindful reflection, clients learn to respond to stress and challenges with greater calm and clarity.
