I am an advocate for my clients. I strive to meet them where they are and provide treatment that fits their needs. I have a variety of training in different areas, including trauma-focused care, school issues, family situations, relational dynamics, etc. I will work with clients on their journey towards healthy and holistic living. I provide an integrated approach and can offer various treatments.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will work through the "basics" of who you are, what you are needing and wanting from therapy, and a brief history on your social, emotional, and relational background. My main goal in every first session is to build trust, and listen to your needs and wants for therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I listen to others to truly hear them; I want to know a client's true, honest story so I can meet them where they're at, and offer unconditional support and care. I am skilled in my therapeutic tools and will make sure I find answers or resources to support my clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is ready to work, willing to sit in hard conversations in order to grow, and consistent in their sessions. I enjoy hearing many details about a client's life in order to learn how to support best. I am very willing to do what it takes to build trust and rapport, but also want the client to offer that back in the process.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I have an integrative approach to therapy. Each person has his/her own needs, emotions, desires; I strive to reach each client where they are and recognize their goals for therapy. For some, CBT is the correct approach; for others, they might need a more client-centered, emotion-focused approach. My main theories include: Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered, existential, trauma-focused care, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
