Rick provides a holistic approach to therapy that I really resonate with. He integrates psychology and spirituality seamlessly, combing meditation, yoga, and therapeutic modalities to great effect. More than anything, he's a genuine, kind, caring and authentic person that builds a strong relationship with you.

Rick is an amazing person, full of compassion, insights and tools. I love how he listens and picks out key ideas from my rambling and has the ability to shine a light on both my strengths and opportunities to try new approaches for healing. The trauma I experienced was significant enough to admit that I needed help. Rick is an amazing guide helping me recover and see a future that is mine to create.
